The First Annual Black Excellence Boat Cruise

Our Black Excellence Boat Cruise was created in collaboration with Change Is Brewing Co.

Experience the sights, music and flavours inspired by Black Excellence. Your adventure beings on the Halifax waterfront, dance your way on board to the beats of African drums played by Halifax Multicultural Drummers (Malaria Warriors). Once onboard, Jahmila will sing reggae roots inspired songs while you view Halifax’s noteworthy landmarks. We have sourced prizes for giveaways crafted by local Black, Indigenous, and People of Color crafters. Sip on the delicious collaboration beers brewed by Change Is Brewing, while Evolution Sounds gets the party started playing all your favourite jams. After our fun journey on the harbour has ended, Rush will perform a Bahamian street parade called ‘Junkanoo’ to boogie you to your next destination!
